US Attorney Alina Habba announced federal charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver for assaulting ICE agents.
“Today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111(a)(1) for assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement,” Alina Habba said on Monday evening.

I look forward to her lawyers defending her misbehavior in the courtroom. Jury selection will be critical to proper justice being rendered.

If she were a J6 defendant there will be a minimum of 2 year incarceration after tracking her down and raiding her home at 4am, held for months before an arraignment.
We will witness the elite LaMonica McIver walk free with the most a fine, which will be paid for by her campaign and possibly community service in her District (as she campaigns). Nothing close to what 1000 patriots faced.
