  2. NOW HOW ABOUT THE EPSTEIN LIST??? I mean I’m pleased with these decisions, but there has been ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for any of the dozens and dozens of years of rampant federal crimes against the Constitution and the American people, our taxes, etc.

  4. Justice Barrett burned unjust Justice Jackson with the left’s self-righteous misappropriated mantra, “no one is above the law” to condemn the right;
    “Justice Jackson would do well to heed her own admonition-Everyone from President on down is bound by law. That goes for judges, too”. *mic drop*. I’ve got much more respect for Justice Barrett than I ever had. Her ruling is absolutely correct – finally.

  5. ACB is basically pointing out that DEI hire KJB is way too fucking stupid to be on SCOTUS or in any other judgeship position for that matter. KJB is a complete fucking idiot who doesn’t even grasp the basic abstract concept behind the 1A.

    KJB actually claimed that “free speech” hamstrings the government’s ability to “solve problems”. Yeah, that’s exactly the point, bitch.

I don’t think it was just the Iran strike so much as the reaction afterward – the libs were rooting for failure, for WWIII, and for Trump’s support to evaporate with the fictional MAGA Civil War they pushed in their media. They were also rooting for economic disaster from his tariffs, the nation to rise up against his deportations, and so on. In short, they honestly believed that he would (with their help) self-destruct and be out of their hair. But with win after win, like it or not, they’re starting to realize that he’s not going anywhere (unless they finally get lucky with one of their hitmen).

Rather than just write strongly written letters but do nothing, like the rest of the GOP (RINOs like Trey Gowdy sure enough talk purty, but never accomplished a thing), Trump actually does what he says he’s going to do. Rather than bend over and take it, like the proper GOP elites who allow themselves to be maligned and cancelled without fighting back (that wouldn’t be cricket!) Trump actually knows who his enemies are and goes after them. So while some Dems continue to freak out and throw two-year-old temper tantrums, don’t be surprised if some of the weaker and more cautious ones decided to keep their heads down and wait for a better moment to pull their shit, in the hopes of not drawing Trump’s attention and trying to keep their positions until he’s gone.

    I’m wondering if all the talk about KJB’s nomination to the Supreme Court is invalid because of the Autopen scandal has people thinking she might be removed soon. That freed up ABC to attack KJB in order to finally write the scathing Supreme Court opinion.

  9. Despite the fact that the SCOTUS is supposed to be solely guided by the literal text of the Constitution, the wording of the law, and precedent (in that order), they have always kept a finger up to see which way the wind is blowing.
