Moscow has claimed that that a “massive” Ukrainian drone attack targeted Vladimir Putin’s helicopter as the Russian leader visited the embattled Kursk region earlier this week.
Russian air defence officer Yury Dashkin said on Sunday that Putin’s helicopter was at the “epicentre of an operation to repel a massive drone attack” on Tuesday, state media RT reports. More
I don’t like Putin, but I respect that if he is backed into a Corner everything goes to shit in a millisecond.
Never mind poking the bear, the previous administration and the EU tried to shove a pineapple up his Ass and he will TRASH the BAR at LAST CALL.
This will not make PDT happy if he finds out.
Why would anyone think he is NOT a fair target to be killed. He DID invade Ukraine.
Dan, you’re right in the sense that in a war the enemy’s leadership is generally considered a fair target. However, you are grossly overly simplifying the conflict by saying Putin invaded invaded Ukraine. There’s a decade plus of provocation that has led to this situation. The US, Europe, NATO are fully involved with what has become the slaughter of a generation of young Ukes, as well as many thousands of Russkies! Every nation involved should be ashamed, and the NATO allies more than anyone!
@joe6pak,
A decade plus of provocation? Like what? Seriously.
As an example of Putin’s methods, Russia has been grabbing territory in the southern caucuses for a decade. More prevalently during a democrat Presidency (imagine that…) When Putin invaded Georgia in 2008, it was to protect “pro-Russian separatists” ( always gotta declare a pretext).
I don’t care about Ukraine. ( I dont think they would care about us if the situation was reversed). But Putin is SOLELY responsible for the war. Anything they declare as provocation is Russian bullshit. This doesn’t OBLIGATE us to do anything, but Putin started it.
@Dan,
I don’t think killing him is a good idea. But “trying” to kill him is a horrible horrible idea.
Putin is most definitely not solely responsible for the war. Saying that is ignorance on steroids. I’ve iterated numerous times all of the provocations our CIA has fostered on Russia for the last 20+ years and won’t bother trying to convince another idiot now.
Instead look at what NATO(that includes us too Bub) is doing right now. They are providing targeting information for missile and drone attacks including JUST YESTERDAY approving long range missile attacks deep into Russia. They are building the largest military installation in Europe in Romania, right on Russia’s doorstep. All of this because of the lies NATO has generated for decades to keep feeding the insatiable MIC.
If you think all is fair in war, wait till you see President Putin’s reaction to a ICBM attack on Moscow. How is he supposed to know if those missiles are just TNT or nukes? That’ll be the final step into the abyss courtesy of the maniacs at the CIA.
russia can have britt-knee-grindr back, whatever it is
Personally, I am happy that Putin possesses the Oreshniks and no one else.
The US under biDumb, NATO, Germany, UK, France, the EU, et mult al., have admitted they have LIED.
The NordStream Pipeline did not destroy itself.
If I were Putin, many foreign capitals would be in rubble, before there would be any negotiations.
Did Putin “regime change” ANY of those who OPENLY called for his removal??
Biden (and his wife and handlers) and the EU started thid war. With Biden and his handlers out and Trump in, it’s up to Putin to step up and end it.
One should stop using the word invasion here. This is not an invasion in the sense of Germany invading France. This is Russia entering territories inhabited overwhelmingly by pro Putin, Russian speaking RUSSIANS, who have been persecuted ever since a duly elected pro Russian President was overthrown in a coup in 2014 … by ultranationalist maniacs from Far West Ukraine. They welcomed the Russians
These areas east of the Dnieper were once known as Novarossiya (New Russia). They only became attached to some bogus political entity called Ukrainian Automous Soviet Socialist Republic* by Vladimir Lenin as a counterbalance to the Russian ASSR. Otherwise the Russian ASSR might have overthrown the Soviet system. Lenin didn’t give a flying Fyodork about true national boundaries
And then the USSR dissolved themselves in 1992, the Novarossians voted to join this new country. What choice did they have. The world was collapsing around them. In contract terms they joined Ukraine under duress. And then when their President was overthrown that broke the bargain under which Ukraine was formed, so the 90% Russian Donbass oblasts seceded. At which point, Ukraine started murdering them by the thousands. And after 8 years of this Russia intervened
None of the great majority of people in the Russian liberated (more accurate than occupied) oblasts want to return to Ukraine. Meantime there is ZERO chance that Ukraine will recover these territories. Prolonging this war is pure insanity
*(Because it was neither Autonomous nor was it a Republic)
