1. When asked why I’m late I reply that I didn’t get here on time and then I proceed with my work.
   Too damn old to make excuses anymore.

3. I had a gym buddy ask me to hire his 19 year old, less than motivated son. I guess he expected me to do the job he didn’t. I knew the kid, he was friends with my oldest. Got there in time the first week. Late the following Monday. Called in sick on Tuesday due to morning sickness. He arrived on time on Tuesday. I called him into my office and explained to him exactly how insignificant he was. Touched on where do you see yourself in ten years. He was a model employee for about 5 years and worked his way up. And the wisely decided he should go to college.
