Arsonists Set Wildfire In Northern Idaho, Open Fire On Firefighters, Police In Ambush

Ever wonder where some of these wildfires start?

Spoiler alert: it’s not the so-called “climate crisis” narrative pushed by far-left Democrats to justify a heist of the US Treasury through climate policies like the Inflation Reduction Act (Green New Deal). In some cases, it’s arson—sometimes even eco-terrorism. 

Shocking news just broke that multiple firefighters and officers were shot in an ambush at the Canfield Mountain Natural Area in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

According to North Idoha News, at 1:50 pm local time, multiple firefighters and law enforcement officers were shot in what has been described as a “planned ambush” while responding to a wildfire on Canfield Mountain, believed to have been intentionally set to lure first responders.

“At least one Life Flight helicopter remains on standby, while all others have been released,” the local media outlet reported on Facebook, adding, “Multiple firefighters were shot, and at least one has been transported with life-threatening injuries, though officials confirm the individual was conscious and alert during transport.”  read more

  2. My dad grew up in the shadow of Mt. Canfield in Dalton Gardens just N. and E. of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. I am very familiar with this area having picked huckleberries up there with my grandfather back in the 60’s and other assorted trips on Mt. Canfield. This kind of terrorist shit has to stop right now and not just because it’s practically next door to me since I spent a lot of time over in that area when I was a kid. Pray that nothing else happens or nobody else gets killed with the exception of the shooters. This hits me and our peaceful community of CDA and Dalton Gardens too damned close to home.

    As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, multiple first responders have been shot in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, while responding to a brush fire.

    CNN reported that two people were fatally shot and several others were injured after a gunman ambushed them.

    Currently, there is at least one active shooter still firing at law enforcement officers.

    Kootenai County Sheriff Robert Norris stated, “We don’t know if there’s one, two three or four,” shooters.

    I lack the right words to express my anger.

  14. Just heard from friends in Dalton Gardens. Some neighborhoods there have been asked to “shelter in place”, most other folks are doing that voluntarily.

  19. North Idaho, not northern Idaho and CNN is still reporting that the shooter is still active a half-hour after everyone else has announced that his body has been located figures.

  20. You guys remember Todd Herman, who filled in for Rush? He lives a few minutes from where this went down and is on real good terms with local LEO and fire fighters. That should be a big plus when it comes to getting the straight story on this one. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if FOX news isn’t working on having him on air from his home studio right now.

  22. There is a good chance it’s the guy from WA state who killed his three young daughters about 3 weeks ago. He has military training, PTSD and has been on the run. Possible sightings all over EWA.
